The Parañaque City College of Science and Technology is founded on the principle of universal access to
education where poverty is not a hindrance in attaining training in science and technology, in uplifting quality of life,
in contributing to the future progress of the country and in participating competitively in a technology driven global community
Vision
The underprivileged but deserving high school graduates of Parañaque City guided by an abiding faith in
God, shall pursue their aspirations to attain quality life and to possesss a strong sense of values. They shall be empowered
and equipped with a high degree of knowledge and skills in science and technology
